Today was my 21 st Green Day in a row. I almost thought today would be a red day, and it will be the end of the winning streak. I shouldn’t say winning streak. Because I did manage to make money 21 days in a row, but my winrate was less than 70 percent. I’m about to show you how you can make money multiple days in a row with just winrate of 60 to 70 percent. I trade the V WAP strategy, and what you are about to see is the live trade i recorded in the morning. I trade options, because they are cheaper and they make big move quickly. If you don’t know what the V WAP strategy is, I’ve made a detailed video on it that you can check out.

Today, I lost one trade. But by trailing my stoploss aggressively, i managed to reduce the loss. And won another trade that made more than twice the money, that i lost on the first trade. Lets see how these trades in action.

VWAP Trading Strategy for Quick MONEY Intraday Trading Strategies Live How to Make Money Fast with VWAP Indicator in Day Trading as a Trader. In this video, you are going to see me make money using the V WAP indicator. This was my 20th green day in a row.

This is the trade i recorded yesterday. You will see every single step i take before risking my money. If you are a beginner, this video can help you understand how to execute trade using the V WAP indicator strategy. As you can see, the market is in a strong uptrend. It opened with a gap up.

We know it’s in an uptrend, because the price is trading above the V WAP line and the 200 Period moving average. If you don’t know the V WAP trading strategy, I have a detailed video on this channel about it, and why it is better than a moving average.

Right now, I’m trading option. But i also have Future of the same, opened on my second monitor. Future helps to analyse the trend direction even better. Since the price direction on the Future is down, I will look to buy the Put Option.

I have drawn some support and resistance areas with the red and orange lines. The green line is the V WAP indicator. On this put option, Since market is staying above V WAP line, we can tell it is in an uptrend. We will look to buy if the price comes near the V WAP. But we won’t buy blindly. We will wait for an entry signal near the line. It doesn’t have to be exactly on the line. An entry signal that forms, Little bit above or little bit below, will do just fine.

The price is about to touch our V WAP line. Like i said. We won’t buy as soon as it touches the line. We will wait for an entry signal. Right now, I’m also looking at 1 min candles to find an entry. Since there was a strong push down, price will take some time to go back up. There is no entry signal yet.

If you look at the future, It is near a strong resistance. Furthermore, it is also near the V WAP line. On the put option, The price is having a difficult time going further down. It has also formed a doji type candle. We will buy, and set the stop loss just below the swing low. I will also trail the stop loss aggressively. The reason i trade options, is because they make very big moves in a short amount of time. I trail my stop loss aggressively as soon as I enter a trade. If the price doesn’t go in my direction in few minutes, I will be happy to take a small loss instead of waiting and losing my original risk. Trailing my stop loss aggressively at the start, also helps me maintain a good risk to reward ratio in the long run.

But just because trailing the stop loss like this works for me, doesn’t mean it will work for you as well. The blue line will represent my stop loss.

The market is getting strong rejections from the top. Our stop may get hit. There we go. Made some quick money. Now, you might wonder, why i didn’t took profit at the top. Well it makes sense to book profit at the top. But i don’t know what’s going to happen in the future. In my trading history, I have had trades that made more than 700 percent. When i enter a trade, I don’t know if it will make 100 or 800 percent. But if it is going to make 8 times more money than my risk, I definitely don’t want to miss it by only booking 100 percent profit. That’s why I trail the stop loss. It also reduces the risk after i enter the trade.

Well, that’s it for today! Ended up green for the day. This was my 20th green day in a row.

Number 1. The Ascending Triangle.
It is a triangle chart pattern that has relatively similar swing highs, but the swing low is rising towards the high. If you draw a trend line along the swing highs, the trend line will look like a horizontal line. But if you draw a trend line along the swing lows, the line will look like an uptrend. It will look like an ascending triangle. Swing high on this chart pattern will act as a strong resistance.

Number 2. The descending Triangle.
It is a triangle chart pattern that has relatively similar swing lows, but the swing high is falling towards the low. If you draw a trend line along the swing lows, the trend line will look like a horizontal line. But if you draw a trend line along the swing high, the line will look like a downtrend. It will look like a Descending triangle. Swing low on this chart pattern will act as a strong support.

Number 3. The Symmetrical Triangle.
It occurs when the price cannot make new higher highs, but is also struggling to make new lower lows. The result of this looks like a triangle, where price is brought to a narrow range. If you connect the swing highs using a trend line, you will see a downtrend. But if you connect the swing lows with a trend line, you will see an uptrend. Both trend lines intersect each other. Usually, price tends to gain a lot of momentum once it breaks through the pattern.

Now that we understand the three triangle patterns, lets see how to make money using this information.

The strategy of break-out can be used in every kind of triangle. The result is the same, irrespective of whether the triangle is, ascending, descending, or symmetrical.

When an asset price goes beyond the upper trend line of a triangle, Or when the price of an asset drops below the lower trend line of the triangle, The break-out strategy must be applied.

Since each trader will draw the trend lines very differently, the exact point of entry can vary between traders. To make sure you enter the trade at the right price, you can use volume changes that will illustrate when the price starts gaining momentum.

But if you are an experience trader, and want to get a bigger reward relative to your risk, you can use the Anticipation Strategy. Since we know that the price will breakout from the triangle, we can anticipate the breakout direction few minutes before the breakout. This will get us a better price, and will increase our potential profit.
But the skill to anticipate a breakout, you need to have a decent bit of experience in trading. So, if you are a beginner, you should wait for the breakout, and then and only then, you should enter a trade.

Once you have entered a trade, always use a stop loss. Even if the price moves to your advantage, it can always be reversed. The risk is controlled by a stop loss. You can always get out of a bad trade using a stop loss order, instead of losing a lot of money on it. There is always a better trade waiting for you.
With a stop loss, you can set a maximum amount you are willing to risk on a trade. You should never risk more than 1 to 2 percent of your total capital, on a single trade. Money management is the key to success in trading.

There are couple of ways to set a stop loss for these triangle chart patterns strategies. Once the breakout has occurred, you can set the stop loss below the candle that broke out. Another way is to set the stop loss, out of the triangle. This is more secure, but also reduces the risk to reward ratio. You should back test this strategy and use the stop loss that suits you.

As history shows, when a trader is holding a losing position the greatest errors have taken place. Only Start to average when there’s a benefit. Otherwise, you are just adding more money on a already lost battle.

Number 3 mistake is Blindly Following Rumors.
Another major mistake is to pursue the rumors spread by traders and the newspapers. Market trends are recommended, but rumors should be avoided. Without your own research, do not pursue intraday trading recommendations and media speculation. Going on the advice of TV channels and newspapers, can lead to wrong decisions without reading charts. If you are a beginner, you should stay away from the sub reddit known as the Wall Street Bets. This sub reddit is fun to be a part of. But don’t blindly follow advice told on here, or anywhere else on the internet.

Number 2. Trading Too Frequently.
Many intraday traders eventually lose their hard earned cash due to over trading. Every day trader should realize that over trading will impair good returns. You don’t have to take trade every single day to make a good living. Not all days are same. Market won’t make big price moves everyday. For a intraday trader to make money, good price movement is necessary. This is not possible every single day. You have to understand that not trading is also making money, because You just saved money that you would have lost in a bad market. Even so, do not place all your assets in investing, even if you are sure about optimistic price trends.

Number 1 mistake is Avoiding Homework and Research.
Many traders jump into purchasing or selling their stocks without doing any homework. Proper research can save you from making stupid mistakes. You don’t have enough knowledge of patterns, particularly if you’re a beginner. Therefore, it is important to learn trading patterns. It is important before trading to get information about the company and the price movements.

If you find a trading strategy that claims to work 70 percent of time, don’t just blindly risk your money on it. Learn to back test. Test it least 100 times on old market data, before risking money in live market. Understand it’s real win rate. Win rate can vary from person to person. Even if the strategy works in the back test, don’t risk a lot of money on it at first. Start slow and slowly increase the amount as you get more confident with that strategy.

You will make a decent profit by preventing these intraday errors. Beginners should be careful to avoid these errors during day trading. You should rely on taking calculated chances as a seasoned investor. You must be able to rebound in the trade in order to endure the end results of your mistakes.

VWAP Indicator Trading Strategy LIVE and How to Make Money using VWAP Indicator in Intraday ! A tutorial on How to use VWAP Indicator Intraday Trading Strategy / Day Trading Strategies that will work to make money online in Stock Market

So, in this video, we will show you, our best trading indicator, that is key to our trading success! make sure to hit that subscribe button, and ring that notification bell, to see our future videos.
This indicator, is used by institutional brokers. These are the people with big money, who move the market. If the institutional brokers are using it, it is a good idea, to keep it on your trading chart, to make profit.
So first, what is V WAP, and why people with big money, use it. lets look at an example.

so, here, we have an intraday chart. and, here’s, the first 3 minute candle, of the day.
the blue line, is the V WAP indicator.
to understand why, V WAP works. imagine this.
lets’ say, a broker, wants to buy, some million shares of a stock,
as requested by his client.
the broker won’t chase the market, and buy shares at the top.
his goal, is to buy the shares, at a fair price, so his client will be happy.
remember, V WAP stands for Volume Weighted Average Price! therefore, the client will be most likely happy to buy shares at average price, instead buying at the top.
since, professional brokers, are trading at the V WAP line, it is a good idea, to make use of this indicator in our strategy.

okay! so now we understand how it works. lets see how to use it, to make money as a retail trader.
there are few key things to note, about the V WAP indicator.
number 1. V WAP line, will remain same, on all intra day time frames.
if you switch the chart from, 5 minutes, to 15 minutes, the V WAP line, will stay at the same price. This is a good thing. because everyone who is day trading, will see the V WAP line at the same price, unlike a moving average. this will lead to increase in buying and selling, near the V WAP line. increased volume, will increase the chance of getting your order filled, at your defined price.

number 2. V WAP, only works on intra day time frame, and doesn’t work on daily.

Number 3. If the stock is trading above the V WAP line, it is considered as an uptrend. Similarly, if the Stock is trading below the V WAP, it is considered as down trend.

Number 4. V WAP line can act as a support, or resistance, on a trading chart.
here’s a real life example.
on this stock, look at how it opens with a gap up, then goes up, falls towards the V WAP, and bounces back.
we can see that, V WAP is acting as a support.
and, since market is above the V WAP, we can say, the market is in an up trend.

you can see, how beautifully, price bounced, at the V WAP line, before finally breaking the high of the day.
Obviously, you shouldn’t take trades, everytime price reaches the V WAP line. You should wait for the right entry signal, before risking your money.
In this case, we could have bought some shares, at these buy signals, that are near the V WAP line.

lets see a downtrend example. after that, we will see some complex examples, to make sure, V WAP works as intended, and we understand it properly. after all, we don’t want to risk our money, on something that doesn’t even work!

this stock, opens with a gap up, but was not able to keep the upward momentum.
it finally broke through the V WAP line, starting a good down trend.
then, gave a pullback, but couldn’t cross the V WAP.
Since this is a down trend, V WAP line is acting as a Resistance.
You can see, how the price rallied it’s way down after touching the V WAP.
you could have sold some shares, with some good entry signals.
You can set the stop loss, above the V WAP line, as price can retest the line, few more times, before finally going in your direction. this chart is little bit more complex than the previous two. But lets break it down.
first, the stock, opens with a gap up,
then hovered on the V WAP line. also, if you haven’t noticed it yet, V WAP, is an Intraday Indicator.
therefore, the V WAP line, will start from the body, of the first candle of the day. Okay, let’s focus on the chart. the stock, opens with a gap up, then hovered on the V WAP line. after an upward push, it found support at the V WAP.
once it broke below the line, the V WAP was acting as a resistance, then, price rallied down, starting a clear down trend. gave a pullback, and then found resistance at the V WAP line for the second time. you can see, the V WAP worked perfectly on this day.

Who doesn’t want to turn thousand dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars? before i started making money in stock and Forex trading, this is what my charts used to look like. this trading setup is absolutely garbage. there are better ways to use moving averages for trading! Today, I will show 5 Moving Average Mistakes, You Should avoid, to make more money, than you ever could. Number 5, taking trades on every pullback near a moving average. A lot of new traders, make mistake of taking trades, as soon as the price touches their moving average. #movingaverage #trading #tradingstrategy

Yes, moving average acts as a support and resistance, but not every time. Stock market, and Forex Market, are not your servants, to follow your rules. Market can go straight through your moving average, and change direction of the trend anytime.A better strategy, is to wait for the market to create sell or buy signals. Then and only then, you should enter a trade, with a proper stop loss. This is a game where the impatient person loses money, and a patient person makes more money. Hold your horses, and wait for the right entry signal near the moving average.Number 4, not understanding the difference between Exponential moving average, and simple moving average.Moving average is a lagging indicator. And it can be really bad for you in certain situations.

They don’t take future price movements, events, and high low demands into consideration. If you are day trading, it is a good idea to use Exponential moving average, instead of using simple moving average. That’s because Exponential moving Average will react to sudden price movements quickly, than the slow Simple Moving Average ever will. Third mistake, is trading a flat Moving average. If you find a moving average line looking flat, or in other words, horizontal on a chart, it is an indication that there is no trend going on. Market is not trending and is in a range.If you are using a moving average, you are most likely a trend trader. Remember, trend is your friend. The big market makers move the market, your impact on moving the market is almost null.

If the market is in a range, and is barely making any big moves, it is a good indication that, there are no big market movers trading right now. You should avoid range, to not lose money.Number 2, Not looking at other moving averages at all.Just because a 20 period moving average indicates an up trend, doesn’t always have to mean the market is going to go higher. There maybe a 200 period moving average resistance above, and market may go in the opposite direction instead.
In this case, you will lose money. Some even blame the moving average, for not working properly.It is recommended. to at least use two moving averages on a trading chart! One should be 20 period Exponential Moving Average, and other Should be a 200 period Exponential moving average. 20 E M A, will show you the short term trend, and 200 E M A, will show you the long term trend. They both will acts as a support and resistance on a chart. It is a good rule of thumb, to use 200 period E M A, as your main trend indicator, to have a higher chance of taking trade in the right direction.Number 1 mistake new traders make, is to ignore other support and resistance. I’ve seen this so many times happen.

Just because moving average is showing an up trend, doesn’t have to mean that the market will go higher. There maybe a strong resistance upcoming, that may change the direction of the trend completely.If you see a strong support or resistance coming, you should wait, and see how other people react to it. Furthermore, market won’t always change direction, and give you an accurate pullback. therefore, to increase your winning, it is good idea to take trades, near support and resistance, other than the support of Moving average alone.

if you are a stock trader, you can even use VWAP. VWAP indicator is really important, and will increase your chances of winning even more. I will make a video on VWAP soon.

Does MACD trading strategy even work? Are online trading guru’s telling you fake information? I have wasted years testing every trading strategy out there before i found the right one that worked! I’ve created this channel to expose every strategy and show their real probabilities so you don’t have to waste your precious time like i did! In this video i will back-test 100 times a very famous trading strategy called MACD cross over. Yes you heard it right. testing 100 times takes time and will most likely prove if you should risk your hard earned money using this strategy!

For those who are new to trading in late 1970s Gerald Appel created an indicator called MACD! MACD short for moving average convergence divergence is a trading indicator used in technical analysis of stock prices and can be applied on a Stock trading or Forex trading chart. This is what MACD indicator looks like. by default MACD indicator will come with 2 lines! a blue line called MACD and a red line called the signal line! MACD crossover strategy is simple once the MACD line crosses above the signal line it is considered as a buy signal. Furthermore you should only take buy signals that are way below the zero line of the histogram.

There is a big problem with this trading setup! there is no way to identify a good direction of a trend using MACD indicator alone. To be a profitable trader as a beginner you should always trade in the same direction as the market is trending. So to identify the trend we are going to use 200 period Exponential Moving Average! If the market is above 200 E M A it is considered as an up trend. Remember only buy when the MACD gives a buy signal and the market is in an up trend.

Here’s an example of a buy setup. the market is above 200 E M A so it’s an up trend. the MACD is showing a crossover below zero line of the histogram. In this buy setup entry is at the MACD crossover and the stop loss is below the pullback of the trend. your profit target should be more than the risk you are taking on the trade. so if you lose one and win one you will still be in profit. there are different ways to set profit targets. personally i will take 25 percent off the trade when the trade reaches 1 times the risk and will move the stop loss to break even. then i will set a second profit target of 2 times the risk i originally took on the trade. so even if the trade never reaches my second profit target i have already taken 25 percent off the trade in profit and will not lose money.

Here are some more buy setups in the same trend. all three were in profit. the third trade is also a winner as the market first went up towards the profit target and then went down. but wait!!! Don’t get excited by seeing these 3 winners in a row. this doesn’t mean the strategy is profitable at all. just because i showed you a hand picked buy setup that had 3 winners doesn’t prove anything. who knows if this strategy will have 5 or 10 losers in a row next. unfortunately many trading youtubers on YouTube will show a hand picked setup like this to earn trust of the viewer to sell them a paid course. they won’t mention what’s the probability of the strategy so you can manage money and not blow up your account. trading is a probability game. if you are not back testing the strategy at least 100 times you will have a difficult time with trading or maybe will never make money. that’s why I’m here! reason why i created this channel is to show you the real probability of any trading strategy out there. By knowing the probability of a trading strategy you can predict how many losers and winners you can have in a row and manage your risk per trade accordingly!

In this next few minutes i will show you how the profit graph looks like after taking 100 trades. and how much is the winning percentage of MACD crossover strategy and how many losers you can expect in a row. i will fast forward the next clip to save your time. the following clip can help you understand how this strategy looks in different market condition so do watch carefully.

For back testing i have used Euro USD chart but i later switch to Euro JPY. This strategy works on any time frame and also works on both forex and stock markets. Here I’m using 30 minutes time frame. I’m also taking sell setup in this example. strategy for sell setup is very similar to buy setup. In buy setup we buy when MACD crosses above signal line and the MACD crossover is below the zero line and market is above 200 Moving Average. For sell setup sell when market is below the 200 moving average and MACD line crosses below the signal line and the MACD crossover is above the zero line of the histogram. sell setup is just opposite of buy setup.

You can see how the win rate and profit graph changes as i take more trades. at one point the win rate almost reached 70 percent which is wrong! the real win rate will be revealed when we reach 100 trades or more. As i mentioned there are different ways to set profit target. here in this example profit target was set 1.5 times the risk i was taking. you should always take profit more than the risk you are willing the take!

As you can see on the left for back testing i’m using 10000 as my starting balance. Also i’m only risking 1 percent of my account balance on a single trade. you should only risk 1 to 2 percent of your account on a single trade. otherwise it will be difficult to handle losing trades that will come in a row. money management is the key to success in this business! in this example. when i lose i only lose 100. but when i win i win 150. so even if i lose one and win one i will still make money.

You can see how market bounces back from the 200 moving average that’s because 200 moving average acts as a support and resistance. there are many other strategies around different moving averages if you like to see them tested maybe leave a like on this video and subscribe to support the channel! some strategies work on intra day only and some work better on daily time frame. this strategy however works on all time frames. further more MACD is a leading indicator so it won’t give you late entry signals like most other indicators do.

If you are paying attention you should have noticed i added 3 zeros in the profit column instead of 150 or -100. that’s because during the back testing i found 3 trades that had confusing entry. the entry signals were not clear. that’s why i didn’t take them. if the signals are confusing do not take trades. you can always find more good trades in the future instead of losing on that one bad trade.
with only around 35 trades win rate is around 66 percent. but like i said this win rate is wrong. you will see how the win rate changes as we reach 100th trade. I’m going to fast forward this clip even more to save your time and so we can all see how much money we make in the end.

it took me around 1 hour to back test 100 trades. and while testing some trades almost came close to hitting the stop loss before going back and hitting profit targets. don’t panic when market is very close to hitting your stop loss. losing is part of trading. whole point of making this video was to show you the number of losers you can have in a strategy. No strategy works 100 percent of time. Even professional traders use strategies that only work 60 to 65 percent of time. the key to make money is money management and trading psychology! master that and you can become a professional.

Here are the results of the 100 trades.
as you can see the win rate of this strategy is approximately 62 percent. In this back test. I had 62 winners and 38 losers. I was able to win 9 trades in a row and lost 5 trades in a row. After 100 trades i was able to generate 50 percent profit. that is a really good profit! if you are a intraday trader and take around 30 trade in a month it will only take you 6 months to double your profit. that’s 100 percent profit gain in 6 months and in one year you will have 200 percent profit gain. even you don’t trade intraday and only take 15 trades a month you can make 100 percent profit in one year.

the reason i think people lose money is because they don’t know the win rate of their strategy. and when they don’t know the win rate they can’t predict how many losing trades in a row you can’t expect. they probably give up when they lose few in a row and blame the strategy. that was the point of making this video and help new traders to encourage them to back test. You can and should test this strategy on your own to have the confidence to execute trade with real money. good luck. some say that it is easier to win while back testing. As an experience trader who has been trading for years i see no difference. The people who say that don’t know how to back test. if you properly understand a strategy and have seen it perform well while backtesting you should not have any problem executing in open markets. but this strategy is not as important as money management.

Focus on that first if you are new. don’t risk more than 1 percent on a single trade.
