I tested $100 MILLION Strategy 100 TIMES
I tested the 100 million dollar strategy 100 times. Remember the world’s greatest trader we saw in the previous video? Apart from market manipulation, he also had an interesting day trading strategy. I tested his million-dollar strategy 100 times to find its win rate.
Here’s how his strategy goes.
When the price makes a good move in the opposite direction, wait for the price to come back near that reversal point.
He called this price level the pivotal point.
If the price breaks below the previous reversal level, he would go short.
And if the price breaks above the previous reversal level, he would go long.
He also recommended trading with the trend.
But this was around 100 years ago now.
During his time, he traded without looking at the chart.
He made decisions by directly looking at the numbers.
But this is 2022 and now even your dog trades using a candlestick chart.
So we can adjust this strategy to fit the current market.
We will use 200 EMA to find the trend.
We will only take long and short trades if the price is above and below the 200 EMA, respectively.
We will set the stop-loss below the pivotal point in the long setup.
And we will set the stop-loss above the pivot point in the short setup.
But finding pivotal points can be biased.
So to make the reversal point consistent and unbiased, we will use the SuperTrend Indicator.
If the SuperTrend changes color, we can say there was a significant reversal.
Breakout of that reversal point is our entry.
This is what the complete million-dollar long and short setups look like.
Sounds too simple, right?
So I tested it 100 times to see what will happen.
We will use a 1.5 to 1 reward risk ratio and the same market structure so we can compare it with other strategies we have tested.
And the Million Dollar Strategy got a 41% approximate win rate.
Apparently, the greatest trader’s strategy gave back money just like he did.
This million-dollar strategy gets a TR Score of 17 and ranks 50th from the top.
We have tested 49 strategies that are better than this.
That’s all!
